1993 Porsche 964 C2 G50 5 Speed Manual Transmission with LSD G5005 2

Here is a nice condition, nice shifting G50 with LSD removed from a 1993 Porsche 964 C2 convertible. I purchased this car in January of 2022 with the intention of buying all the sheet metal from Porsche and converting the car from convertible to coupe. I wanted a European RS type 964 coupe without paying the coupe price. Supply chain issues, parts availability and the ongoing rise in price of everything has ended this project for me. The car had 87,818 original miles prior to disassembly. I only drove the car 7-800 of those miles and the car had no shifting issues. Prior to the removal of the transmission I drained the gear oil and it was very clean and there were no shavings on the magnetic drain plug. Comes with the complete front mount with mounting hardware and a few other pieces pictured (see first pic). The clutch fork and shaft are not available and I removed the needle bearing for the shaft from the housing. I was planning to buy a new clutch fork and upgrade to a shaft with bronze bushings but never purchased them (highly recommend it). This is a local pickup only item unless you arrange freight shipping. I live in Lubbock, TX and will gladly drop it off at a shipper of your choosing in Lubbock, TX. All aspects of shipping this item, other than me dropping it off, is the responsibility of the buyer. I built a crate that measures 40" L, 20" W, 24" H (rounded up to the nearest inch) and the crate weighs 237.2 lbs. according to my bathroom scale which is surprisingly pretty accurate. My knowledge of freight shipping is very limited but I believe it is cheaper if it is less than 250lbs. I have more pictures of the transmission if desired.
