    Description

    Antique blown  3 piece mold glass leech bowl/jar/pot. Possible trace of a pontil. Brilliant yellow color swirl pattern to the right. Pristine condition. The form of this bowl suggests that it was a traveling doctor's leech bowl. I have seen this form also called an open salt. Extremely rare form, size, and color. I will be selling more bowls like this in the weeks to come from a small but important collection along with other apothecary items
