    Description

    This is a very nice pressed glass open salt or salt cellar.  It is shown as Open Salt #2933 in "5,000 Open Salts  A Collector's Guide" by Heacock and Johnson.  They indicate it is in the ATLAS Pattern by Bryce, circa 1890.
    This piece measures a little over 2-1/4 inches in diameter across the base and stands about 1-1/4 inch tall. It is a lovely piece in excellent condition.  Please see photographs for details.
