Vintage Hankscraft Clown, Divided, Baby Warming Dish.  You simply put hot water inside the dish to keep the food warm while feeding the baby.  The cork fits loosely right now but will swell when wet.  The last time this baby dish was used was when my wife feed our son who is turning 41 soon.  It worked very well to keep food warm at the time.  Approximate measurements are 6 1/2" wide x 8" top to bottom x 3 1/2" at highest point of clown's hat.
