Early staffordshire ABC alphabet plate - kids - Canotiers - Boatmen.   Cute transfer of 2 little boys playing at being boatmen, while real boatmen ( sailors ) are in the background.
Condition
: Very Rough condition.  Chipped as shown on the photos, but these plates are becoming increasingly hard to find and this is a nice oppurtunity to add to a starting collection.

Markings
: Impressed mark, but too hard for me to decipher
