Heavy Large Square Glass Open Salt Cellar with Incised Star Base

Description

This is a very heavy square glass open salt or salt cellar.  It has a deeply incised 18-point star on its base, is smoothly polished on all surfaces, has squared off corners, and beveled outer rim.  The piece has a larger chip on the rim, a large flake on the base and several other smaller chips and fleabites.  It is extremely heavy, weighing over 11-1/2 ounces -- thus the higher shipping cost.  This piece measures about 2-1/2 inches on a side and stands about 1-1/8 inch tall.  Please see photographs for details.
