    Description

    The South Africa 200 Rand Banknote was issued by the South African Reserve Bank in 2005. It has hints of orange, brown, and green. On the obverse are a leopard lying on a tree and a leopard’s head. It also shows the coat of arms of South Africa. The reverse of the banknote Is an illustration of transport and communication depicting a satellite dish, a ship's propeller, wheels for a bicycle, a tractor, and a train. It also shows a bridge and a sound wave. The banknote contains a holographic windowed security thread with a coat of arms, SARB, and 200 RAND. It also has a registration device in the form of 200 and a watermark reveals a leopard and an electrotype 200. The note measures 152 x 70 mm and carries the signature of Tito Mboweni. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition.
