Here is manual W58 transmission from 1995 MKIV Supra with tripod shifter. This is the best/strongest variant of the W58. The transmission is in great condition and shifts fine, no grinds, etc.... I love this setup, holds the power, quite, very street-able.
- 5 Speed W58 transmission with tripod bracket with billet bushings, oem shifter, and oem knob
- ACT pressure plate with HPF 6-puck sprung hub disk (under 5k, HPF makes a great clutch disk and they are not cheap either)
- OEM flywheel with oem bolts
- speed sensor and reverse sensor
- transmission bracket and oem mount
- clutch fork with oem throw out bearing and dust boots
- oem clutch master and oem slave cylinder with full SS line, used for about 3k
History: I bought this from original mkiv supra owner in 2009 with about 127,000 miles. It was all stock till 110,000 miles then NAT for roughly 15k pushing from 300-470 HP for a few years. The previous owner was an middle aged adult. Supra had a perfect tune by John Reed (Motec tuner). He took care of it and I did as well. My car is stock non turbo.I used it till 2013 then my Supra has been DMV non-operation since. I put about 3,000 miles during that time.
