    Description

    Offered is ONE
"Patent Pending" 6" x 1/2" Diameter Grade 9 Titanium Tube Precision Spitball Shooter, & Lightweight Yawara Stick!
These are designed, hand made, and assembled in the USA by Ti Rod Tactical™, and have the same Fist-Lock™ firm grip design as many of my other compact Yawara Sticks.
This is a NEW Product (as of 3-5-18), and is my first offering using Titanium Tubing, although I have "played" with a prototype for about a year.
DNA can collect within the thick walled tube, if ever needed to ID someone.
Also, the relatively small surface area of the beveled tip edges "dig in"
really well for Pain Compliance Techniques! I've got multiple sore spots on the tops of my hands and wrists while doing some serious testing, .......and these are

Oh how I wish I had thought of these sticks while in High School, I might have retired decades ago!
The tubing used has a substantial .065" wall thickness, and I have pounded mine with strong Hammer Fist Strikes into more then a few trees to make sure the ends would hold up to it's intended uses. The trees had indents and bruises,....the Titanium Tube Stick did NOT! :-)
This model is designed to be a FUN, compact, and high precision "Spitball Shooter", ....with a practical secondary use and FULLY Functional high strength Yawara Stick if ever needed!  It is also VERY light, and as shown in a photo the sample I weighed came in at just under 1.8 ounces.
NOTE: The last photo shows a supply of precision white polypropylene round beads. They are
    NOT INCLUDED
    with this listing!
BUT that photo shows the Company contact info if you wish to order your own supply of this precision ammo. The more you order the cheaper they will cost per piece. These are in .364" diameter, and fit to the tube is just 0.001" smaller than the 0.365" bore diameter!  Very little wasted air around the ball when using.....so you maximize your efforts and offer the best accuracy due to the uniform shape, weight, and fit to the bore.
These precision balls will give you the ability to set up a practice (catch) target, as the balls are reusable after washing in dish detergent with a final water rinse. I use a plastic water bottle and shake to clean mine. Makes a convenient EDC in a compact 6" length like this (I have an average size hand), and I am able to fully pocket carry mine and it's virtually invisible in my jeans pocket.  Barely noticed if carried in a shirt pocket, if available.  The balls are also available in Black, but the White are more visible if you order some, and will be easier to locate any "stray shots"! :-)
    NOTE:
I am offering a longer 12" version specifically meant to initiate some friendly competition, and if using the precision Polypropylene Balls
please be careful as they can
really sting on bare skin!  Eye protection is also necessary "if" you decide to do battle with a friend, but target competition is my main intended use. It has a short rubber section at one end,  to act as a more comfortable mouthpiece for extended shooting sessions and target practice.
    By the way,
this stick can also be used as a short straw (sucking up soup & stew broth comes to mind), ...and to direct Oxygen (air) into a primitive fire starting amber to get a flame going quicker!  You Bush Crafters will appreciate that! :-)
In it's backup Yawara Stick use
    , this
6" Yawara Stick shooter has a very secure grip! This is something that has often been lacking with the also compact Kubotan style sticks, and they always seem a bit slippery to me.  I've also never liked the multiple deep cutaway finger grooves often seen  in an attempt to add some security to the grip. The Kubotan sticks are already rather thin, so to cut material away in an attempt to add "grip" is going in the wrong direction. I think what I present here is much better, and initial testing bears that out.
So,.....I offer instead a basic Yawara / Kubotan stick shape, but having a VERY comfortable and secure grip with a high coefficient of friction reinforced rubber central area, that is optimized to the user's hand like no other!
I make these up in a low profile, compact 6" length (a little longer than a "Sharpie marker).  I've found this length fits most folks well and still keep within a "compact" size range, .....and with the central reinforced rubber section that allows a firm and comfortable grip for the "average" sized hand. For point of reference in the photos shown above, my own hand measures 3-3/4" across at the widest part and 3-1/4" across at the base of the fingers, .....and is about average I'd think.
The central grip "ends up" about 1-13/16" in length once installed. It's so tight going on that it actually compresses about 1/4 of an inch in length! :-)   This gives a solid "locked in" GRIP with a great ergonomic "feel" in hand, and in a
    very
compact size for ease and comfort in pocket carry!
As part of the overall ergonomic design, when the central grip length is about 1-13/16" in length for most folks (generally a little wider than the combined width of the middle and ring fingers at the base for most folks), .....this will allow the user to effectively "lock" the stick into their closed fist (aka
    Fist-Lock™
), .....with about an inch or so of stick exiting the fist on each end as shown in the photos.
The raised reinforced grip fits into that "small pocket" created where your fingers meet the hand once the fingers are curled, as happens naturally when you make a fist. The next to last photo shows the hand with fingers outstretched, and there is no "cup" presented in the hand.  The LAST photo shows the small pocket created once the fingers are bent. Much like a Key Way holding a wheel onto an electric motor shaft, this designs forms a "mechanical connection" of the stick to your hand!  It has been well received by knowledgeable Martial Arts practitioners, Law Enforcement Officers, and MANY others as creating an outstanding grip!
With the inside edge of the first finger wrapped around the rod and butted up against the comfortably tapered top edge of the grip, ....and the inside edge of the forth (pinky) finger wrapped around and butted up against the similarly tapered lower edge of the grip,......the stick is effectively LOCKED in place between both ends of the rubber grip within the closed fist!  (see photos to see how well this works! :-)
It's tough to describe how solid and comfortable this feels in several strike positions,.....but I wouldn't have invested so much time and money into this were it not a significant improvement in the "art" of  Yawara and Kubotan sticks.
    Thanks for your consideration.
ALSO,....PLEASE make sure Yawara and Kubotan style sticks are legal to carry in your Country, State, City, or Town
    before
purchasing. Some areas may have restrictions on such things, and I cannot possibly know about every specific law in every area of the world. :-)  Your purchase confirms you have complied with your local laws. Thank You
