The Boye maker is a set of 4 Pom Pom makers of differing sizes. They are new in the package with the instructions but the package is rough. The Marcia Lynn makers are not new but have a reprint of the instructions. There are 4 packages of new mini pom poms by Darice plus several other packages of pom poms.
